The hotel is nearby to al rigga metro station situated on the red line and all the major attractions are easily accessible. The hotel was clean, room was clean with a mini bar, bathtub and security safe. The staff was polite and welcoming. They also have a spa onsite.

Location is good but technical staff is not good and very disappointed to see that. After the room door lock disability he stuck me for 2 hours and also trying to blaming us. It is very bad.

The guy from the front desk is so kind, polite and helpful. I heard it was his first day at work when we checked in but he’s already doing a great customer service.
