Location is good but technical staff is not good and very disappointed to see that. After the room door lock disability he stuck me for 2 hours and also trying to blaming us. It is very bad.

The guy from the front desk is so kind, polite and helpful. I heard it was his first day at work when we checked in but he’s already doing a great customer service.

STAFF is super friendly especially the 3 filipino at the receptionists, Mr. Carl, Ms. Alma, I forgot the other name basically the hotel staff are friendly. they immediately fixed the wifi in my room. everything else was great near to the Mall and a little bit walk going to Metro stations food restaurants is everywhere.
